When I left this life, I did not suffer, as soon as I left this world, I felt free and at peace.

As I passed away, all my worldly burdens slipped away, I wasn’t feeling very well before I passed over, as soon as I passed over, I felt instant relief.

My soul left my body long before it shut down, I was free from my body long before it shut down. You might have worried that I was suffering, but I can assure you that I was not. Please do not focus on how I passed from this world but focus on how I lived my life.

I know it hurts and life is not the same without me now, you find it hard to get through the day sometimes and while I understand my loss has hurt you a lot, I want to watch you being happy and living your life as best as you can. It will make me happy to know you are happy.

Think about me for the good times I had in my life, all the happy memories we created, you do not need to think about me how I passed away, think about me how I lived my life.

I am free now, I am in the spirit world and I am feeling at peace, all my aches and pains have gone away now, i am feeling happy and healthy and you do not need to worry about me. One day we will meet again, here in the spirit world I will wait for you and that day will be a very special day, but until that day comes, I want you to live your life the best you can and know that I am always beside you.

I want you to know that I love you and the time we shared, always remember this when you think about me.
